Breakfast lacked fresh vegetables and decent breakfast items, with only dried omelettes on offer for 18 EUR. Massages felt more like superficial oil rubs with inadequate pressure despite requests for more. not what you'd expect from a higher star-rated hotel.

This place suits me perfectly with excellent wi-fi, a 24-hour reception, and a relaxing spa & wellness centre. On my first stay, the staff even helped me find places with a good exchange rate. I’m definitely coming back for a holiday!

We had a chill stay in a comfy room with cool decor. Loved the bar area for a relaxed drink after exploring. The only thing was the toiletries, they could do better there. Breakfast was a sweet spread of pastries, but still missed some fresh stuff for a balanced start. good vibes!

Had an amazing time with friends visiting the local zoo and Snowhall for some indoor skiing. The hotel had a great vibe, friendly staff, and was perfectly situated near entertainment options. Breakfast was solid, and the casino next door added to the excitement of our stay.
